Sneak Peak: Fall Night Fun

In the middle of the muddle of a large internet project for my corporate job— yes I have one of those too—a random email pops up.

“Hi Marin,

Here are the latest pictures.”

Smiling one of those large happy smiles —relived to get a minute from the juxposisiton which has become my days— I opened the email.

POW!

Instantly the beauty of fall fell open on my screen.

And instantaneous joy filled my soul, because for me, and many others out, It’s fall ya’ll should be here all year.

In my house, and much to my husband and daughter’s chagrin, it is.

From the pumpkin spice coffee, which is a year round scent in my abode, to the endless fall candles which stay out all year long. The black cat that sits on the shelf, the Lennox witch, which my mom gave me when I was 13 and the orange and black gnome which somehow I forgot to put away are all reminders that fall is never far from coming back.

And that email today, reminded me that fall would be here, soon enough, as would the premier of Fall Night Fun.
